About our fees
What if my situation needs more than a package?
We say so on the first call, and we quote the extra work in writing. You decide whether to add it.
What is the difference between court fees and your fee?
Courts and county offices charge their own filing and recording fees. We pass them on at cost, without a markup, and list them on your fee agreement.
What happens if I decide not to go ahead?
Your fee agreement says what is owed for the work done to that point. We explain it before you sign.
Want your own number?
Tell us what you need. We will send the flat fee in writing, no obligation.
