The lawyers who read your papers

Three lawyers, one flat-fee list. Each takes the work that suits them, and you always know who has your file.

  • Conrad Wadsworth, an older man with a white beard in a black suit, holding a blue folder in a glass-walled office

    Conrad Wadsworth

Founding attorney, living trusts and probate

Conrad writes the firm’s living trusts and handles its probate cases. He starts by asking what a family wants to still be true in ten years, then works backward to the papers.

  • Cecilia Escalante, a smiling woman with a dark bob and a rust-colored blazer, in warm light

    Cecilia Escalante

Attorney, powers of attorney and elder care planning

Cecilia meets with families in Spanish and in English and prepares the firm’s powers of attorney. She is the first call for adult children helping a parent.

  • Hilary Rathbone, a smiling woman with short gray hair and a black blazer over a white collar

    Hilary Rathbone

    Attorney, wills and probate

Hilary writes wills and guides executors through probate. She is known in the office for drafts that a first-time reader can follow without a dictionary.

Spanish and English, at the same table

Cecilia Escalante meets with clients in Spanish and reviews every Spanish-language document the firm produces. Conrad Wadsworth and Hilary Rathbone work in English. When a family wants both, Cecilia joins the call so nobody has to repeat themselves.
