From first call to signed papers in four steps
The same four steps whether you live down the street or across the state.

Step 1: Call or write to us
Tell us who the plan is for. We reply within one business day to set up a planning call.

Step 2: The planning call
Thirty minutes by phone or video about your family, your home and what you want. You leave with a flat fee in writing.
- 03
Step 3: A draft you can read
After you accept the fee, we send the draft by email. We answer questions until it says what you mean.
- 04
Step 4: Signing and your binder
You sign with witnesses and a notary, in our Mesa office or at a place we arrange near you. You take home a binder of copies.

Clients in Yuma, Flagstaff, Tucson and Mesa use the same process.
Video calls need nothing more than a phone or a laptop. We email drafts, mail the originals for signing, and arrange a notary and witnesses when you cannot come to Mesa. Family members can join the call from wherever they are.
